Yes! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing us at support@dumb-club.com or chatting with us on our site. We provide free return shipping on your first order with us, and our team is here to assist you in the process. 

We do not cover return shipping or exchange shipping on any international orders. 

Certainly! If you need a different size or want to exchange your DC hoodie for another style, simply chat with us or email us at support@dumb-club.com and we'll help you with the exchange process. 

Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the US for a flat rate. 

We do ship internationally, however, our international items get shipped from the USA to everywhere in the world. We currently work with an amazing shipping partner named APC to offer extremely affordable shipping rates abroad. Though, it can take some time to get to you. We do offer expedited worldwide shipping in addition to our APC shipping rates. See checkout for details.

If you don’t see your country at checkout, i.e. it says it can not ship to you, please chat with us or shoot us an email at support@dumb-club.com and we will work to get that added.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

We have some shipping rates that cover duties in the rate listed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate. See checkout for details.

Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

All sizes on the site are adult unisex sizes but we do carry one youth style in our Quack Deluxe Hoodie as of now and we plan to introduce more as time goes on.

To keep your DC hoodie looking as good as new, we recommend turning it inside out before machine washing it in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang drying is the best option, but if you need to use a dryer, set it to a delicate cycle with low heat. The more you hang dry the longer it will last.
